    About my writing:

My novel Lemonade was shortlisted for the Daily Mail First Novel Competition 2007.

I write for the Ickworth (a National Trust property) website. Read one of my latest articles here. These are my Ickworth-inspired blog posts: The Curious Incident of the Fog in the Daytime, The Queen of the Woods, A Love Letter.

I was longlisted for the Cinnamon Press Poetry Award in Autumn 2011.

I have been highly commended in the Jacqui Bennett Writers’ Bureau competitions twice.

I helped to translate the work of Xosé Luís Méndez Ferrín from Galician into English, as part of a project run by the University of Oxford.
